- Housed inside an octogan-shaped cardboard dispenser roll (7-1/4" x 7-1/4" x 3-1/2")
- Writable matte surface printed in English and Spanish on both sides with space to sign, date, and add notes
- Available in rolls of 100 or 250 tags
